homelabsuae.com is operated by HomeLabs ("HomeLabs", "we", "us"), a retailer of at-home health test kits serving the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf. You can reach us at homelabuae@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Our products and their intended use

Our products are at-home screening test kits intended for personal use. They are for screening and wellness purposes and do not provide a medical diagnosis. A home test result is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and any positive or reactive result should be confirmed by a qualified healthcare provider. You are responsible for following the instructions supplied with your kit.

4. Regulatory responsibility

Certain tests may be regulated or restricted in some locations. By purchasing, you confirm that you are permitted to buy and use the product where you are.

5. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). We may correct pricing errors and cancel any affected order with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, images and design — belongs to HomeLabs or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, HomeLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of a test result without professional medical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies.
