Discreet packaging, always

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate the contents, the type of test, or that the parcel came from HomeLabs. Your privacy is built into how we ship.

Where we deliver

• United Arab Emirates — all emirates
• GCC / Gulf region — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman

Delivery times

• Dubai — same day, for orders placed before 2:00 PM GST
• Rest of the UAE — 1–2 business days
• GCC / Gulf — 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, weekends and public holidays.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all UAE orders, with no minimum spend. Rates for GCC and international destinations are calculated and shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the UAE, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may affect delivery times. Please check that home test kits can be lawfully imported into your destination country before ordering.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no answer, our courier will attempt to reschedule. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it for you.
