Is my order discreet?

Completely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate the contents, the type of test, or that it came from HomeLabs. Your billing statement is discreet too.

How accurate are the tests?

Our kits are lab-validated and processed to clinical standards. Accuracy depends on following the instructions exactly, using the kit before its expiry date, and testing within the recommended window. Remember a home test is a screening tool — a positive or reactive result should always be confirmed by a healthcare professional.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day in Dubai when you order before our daily cut-off, and 1–2 business days across the rest of the UAE. Delivery times for other GCC countries are shown at checkout. You'll get tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I collect my sample?

Most of our tests use a simple finger-prick blood sample; some use a swab, saliva or stool sample. Each kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions and everything you need. The product page tells you which sample type applies before you buy.

When and how do I get my results?

It depends on the test. Some kits give you a result at home within minutes by following the instructions; others are returned to a partner lab and your results are shared with you privately, usually within a few days. Turnaround time is listed on each product page.

What does a positive or reactive result mean?

A reactive result means the test detected something and you should follow up with a qualified healthcare provider for a confirmatory lab test — it is not a diagnosis on its own. A non-reactive (negative) result is reassuring but doesn't completely rule out a condition, especially if you tested too early. When in doubt, speak to a doctor.

Which test should I choose?

Can I return a kit?

Sealed, unopened kits can be returned within our returns window. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept kits once the seal is broken or a sample has been taken. If your kit arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge — see our Refund & Return Policy.

How do you protect my privacy and data?

Your privacy is central to how we operate. Health-related data is treated as sensitive, access is restricted, and we never sell your information. Packaging is discreet and results are shared privately. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and any additional methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never store your full card details.

Do I need a prescription or doctor's referral?

No — our kits are designed for personal, at-home use and don't require a prescription. You must be 18 or over to order. If you have symptoms or a health concern, we always recommend speaking with a doctor as well.
